Relax and enjoy this warm, modern, open concept 3-bedroom, 2 bath home, complete with deck, parking, and comfort. We are told it’s comfy, clean, and happy. We are located in Oshkosh, close to all major roads and 10 m from Lake Winnebago and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field.

We are also ½ mile from the Fox River Inlet and Wiouwash State Trail. It’s perfect for a couple’s retreat, an outing for the family, or those in town for any Oshkosh and surrounding area events! We are in a safe area.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Algoma Blvd. in Oshkosh and not far from all the major roads.

Guest Access

All parts of the home are available except the basement. The garage is available by special request, but we prefer you park in the driveway.

If you have multiple vehicles and need to park on the street, you may contact the police each day and receive a free pass to park overnight on the street.

Please note, it is not preferable to park over the sidewalk.

Other Things to Note

There are two steps to enter the home and the doorway is a standard size. If accessibility is an issue for you, this may not be the best choice.
